What is a Site List?

A Site List is a group of sites that you can reuse when requesting screenshots or setting up a Screenshot Workflow.

There are two types of site lists:

  • a static list of URLs

  • a dynamic set of filters

Static site lists (most common)

A static site list is a simple list of URLs that you paste once and can easily reuse. This is often a list of URLs that ads have been served, pulled from campaign reporting (after ads are live), or a list of sites to be targeted by the campaign.

Dynamic, filter-based site lists

A dynamic site list lets you define filters to create site lists. If you use tags to categorize sites, you may want to try a dynamic site list to do things like:

  • US sports sites: sites with tag 'US' and sites with tag 'sports'

  • Non-EU news sites: sites with tag 'news' and sites not tagged 'EU'

How to use a Site List when requesting screenshots

When requesting screenshots, you can find and select a Site List using the Use an existing site list dropdown above the site fields. This will automatically fill in all site fields with sites from the list you've chosen.

How to use a Site List when setting up a Screenshot Workflow

When setting up a Screenshot Workflow, you can find and select a Site List in the Select site list dropdown. Sites from the selected list will be used for screenshots generated by the workflow.
