How often does data sync?

When you connect your Trade Desk account to Ad Reform, we will start syncing data on a daily basis. The first sync will pull in the most recently created and updated Ad Groups from The Trade Desk.

When an Ad Group is created with any associated Creative IDs, or an AdGroup is updated with any new Creative, we will sync it and data will be available the next day.

How does The Trade Desk data map to Ad Reform data?

When pulling in Trade Desk data, we map the data to Ad Reform as follows:

Trade Desk

Ad Reform

Advertiser

Client

Campaign

Campaign

Creative

Ad

What creative formats are supported?

The following types of Trade Desk creatives will be pulled in as ads in Ad Reform:

  • Display (hosted by The Trade Desk)

  • Video (hosted by The Trade Desk)

  • Third-party hosted creatives

Creatives in any other format will be ignored. Need more formats? Let us know β†’

Common questions

I connected my Trade Desk account. Why do I not see any data yet?

Once you connect to The Trade Desk, we'll start syncing the following day. The first sync will pull in the most recently created and updated Ad Groups from The Trade Desk.

Why aren't some of my creatives getting pulled in?

If your Creatives were added to The Trade Desk before you integrated with Ad Reform, or they are not in a supported format, they will not be pulled into Ad Reform.

My Trade Desk integration is no longer syncing creatives. How do I fix it?

If your Trade Desk sync isn't working, it's probably because your API token has expired or was revoked. Follow our setup guide to generate a new API Token and update the integration within Ad Reform β†’
