What is the Campaign Manager 360 Connector?

The Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) Connector lets you automatically sync ad data from . Once connected, you no longer need to manually import data from CM360. Instead, the connector will automatically pull in data on a daily basis, saving you and your team even more time.

How do I set up the CM360 Connector?

Ensure a user profile exists with API permissions

> Ensure a user profile with appropriate permissions has been created for your Google Account(s). If not, contact our sales team for more information.

Required CM360 Data Permissions

The Google Account used to connect must have a CM360 user role with the following permissions enabled:

  • View campaigns

  • View placements

  • View ads

  • View creatives

  • View advertisers

  • Generate placement tags

The built-in Agency Trafficker or Agency Admin roles include all of these. If your organization uses custom roles, ensure the above permissions are enabled.

You can check your user role in CM360 under Admin → User Profiles.

Using the Ad Reform integration account

If managing permissions on your own Google Account is difficult, you can instead add our shared integration account as a user in your CM360 account:

  1. In CM360, go to Admin → User Profiles

  2. Assign the Agency Trafficker role (or a custom role with the permissions listed above)

  3. Let us know once added — we’ll authorize the connector using this account

This is a common setup that avoids permission issues tied to individual team members’ accounts.

Integrate CM360 and Ad Reform

To set up the CM360 Connector, follow these steps:

  • Click Connect your Google Account

  • Authenticate with the Google Account associated with your CM360 account

  • Go to Configured apps in your Google Admin console: https://admin.google.com/ac/owl/list?tab=configuredApps

  • Click Add app and select the OAuth App Name or Client ID option

  • Paste our Client ID (see below) in the search field and click Search
