How often does GAM sync?

When you connect your GAM account to Ad Reform, we will start syncing with GAM on a daily basis.

How does GAM data map to Ad Reform data?

When pulling in GAM data, we map the data to Ad Reform as follows:

GAM

Ad Reform

Advertiser

Client

Order

Campaign

Creative

Ad

What GAM creative formats are supported?

GAM creatives in the following formats will be pulled in as ads in Ad Reform:

Creatives in any other format will be ignored. Need more formats? Let us know →

Common questions

I connected my GAM account. Why do I not see any data yet?

Once you connect GAM, we start syncing the following day. And we'll sync the last 24 hours of data (specifically, we look at new Creatives that were added to any Line Item in the past 24 hours). So you may need to wait a few days for data to start showing up, depending on how often you're adding Creatives to Line Items in GAM.

Why aren't some of my creatives getting pulled in?

If your Creatives were added to GAM before you integrated with Ad Reform, or they are not in a supported format, they will not be pulled into Ad Reform.

My GAM integration is no longer syncing creatives. How do I fix it?

If your GAM sync isn't working, it's probably because your credentials are no longer valid for some reason. You can reconnect GAM directly on the integration page →

Note: When GAM is reconnected, we'll sync from the last successful sync time, or up to 7 days ago, whichever is more recent.
